Chef Nigel brings to diners the training of a top food scholar, world-class restaurant executive chef experience, and the proven skills of a creative culinary genius. These are talents, accomplishments and experiences that have earned him peer and customer acclaim as a highly-regarded top chef across the New York City food scene.
A graduate of the New York Restaurant School, where he graduated top of the class, Chef Nigel’s blue-chip background spans more than 15 years. His experience includes Chef Director/Executive Chef leadership roles at some of New York city’s most exclusive, fine-dining companies. Most recently, he served as the Chef Director for the multinational Compass Group, one of the world’s leading restaurant management companies, where he ran corporate dining for several blue-chip, Fortune 500 clients.
Chef Nigel is now bringing fine-dining to homes. With your consultation, he will create and customize an event to your needs— from the white table and sophisticated setting to the more festive, celebratory experience—all will satisfy the most discerning food connoisseur.
